Members of the Grumpy Lemon team have been part of several Covid-19 HR panels, and as we’re consulting with leaders, we try to keep empathy at the forefront of our conversations.

Our employees, colleagues and co-workers have additional burdens and anxieties added to their daily stresses, and they can’t leave them at the door anymore. We need to think about solutions to childcare shortages, caring for older parents, and checking in with our children. And what about our workforce that can’t work from home?

What can we do to be supportive of our colleagues during this pandemic?
