We love this! It’s a basic philosophy of Grumpy Lemon that the outcome is important, and helping people manage their work better, in a way that WORKS FOR THEM is key.
As a business community, we need to eliminate the perspective that “time in the office” equals productivity… this has been true in both a corporate setting, as well as in an agency setting. We recognize that this changes the way businesses make money, and pay employees… this will be something we have to address.
Maybe 2020 is a catalyst to creating that work-life balance, to create a system of healthy, happy, and therefore more productive employees.
